Pet-Friendly Hotel in Pismo Beach Policies

  • We allow one vehicle per room to park on property. You must register your vehicle with the front desk at time of check in. Please have your vehicle license plate number available.

  • All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars currency. These rates do not include applicable taxes and fees. Rates published on the Edgewater Inn and Suites website, or any other website are subject to change at any time and may increase or decrease at the hotel's discretion. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations booked directly with The Edgewater Inn and Suites can cancel free of charge up until 3pm on the day prior to arrival. If you have to cancel after that, you will be charged the cost of the first night plus tax. If reservation is booked through a third-party website please refer to their cancellation policy.

No Show Charges

  • Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation guaranteed with a credit card will result in a No-Show fee being charged to your credit card. Charge amount may vary based on your cancellation policy.

Children and extra beds

  • Kids stay free! Children 18 years old and younger stay free when using existing bedding.
  • Rollaway/extra beds are available for USD 12.00 per night.
  • Cribs (infant beds) are not available.
  • Pack and play available for $12 per night

  • Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in.
  • Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Noise-free rooms not guaranteed
  • Complimentary parking for 1 vehicle per guest
  • If you are staying in a room for more than 1 night, we will no longer be providing Maid Service. If you need additional linen, we will provide it to you upon request. 
  • If your trash needs emptying, please place it outside of your door and we will empty it for you.
  • All literature i.e. directories, menus, bibles, etc. will be removed from ALL rooms but are available upon request.
  • We will no longer provide decorative pillows, shams or additional linen in the rooms unless requested by you.
  • Breakfast offerings have been modified to Grab and Go available in the Lobby.


Optional extras

  • The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.
  • We require a $50 incidental deposit at time of check-in for all reservations. 


100% SMOKE FREE- We are a non-smoking property, we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, hookahs or cigars in our guest rooms and public areas. Violating our non-smoking policies will result in a $200 penalty fee. Guests are encouraged to notify the Front Desk staff immediately if they encounter another guest violating these policies. These policies are intended to regulate where guests smoke and how it affects others. 


QUIET HOURS-9:00 p.m. to 9:00a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact the Front Desk immediately via phone or AKIA. Televisions, voices and other devices must be kept at a respectful level at all times. No congregating or running in halls. 


ZERO NOISE TOLERANCE POLICY- The Edgewater Inn and Suites enforces a zero-noise tolerance policy to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise nuisances are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If the request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund. 


PARKING AT OWN RISK- The Edgewater Inn and Suites shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on property. 


SPECIAL REQUESTS- We will make every effort to honor special requests such as a specific floor or room number, cribs or rollaways upon your arrival. All special requests are noted on reservations, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
