After a guest[s] vacates a room, we are spraying down all surfaces with an antibacterial spray and also removing all bedding. We rest each room for at least 24 hrs or longer when able. Then we have our trained housekeepers enter the rooms and clean them.

The California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) regional "stay-at-home" order prohibits Hotels from allowing out of state guests to stay for leisure or individual travel unless the reservation is for at least the length of the quarantine period and the guest(s) quarantines at the Hotel. The length of the quarantine period is not specifically defined.
